If you don't want to print the frame cutting template in 3D, I have taken the liberty of converting it into an SVG to print on paper instead. This paper template has the benefit of marking the center of the holes for easy alignment. The SVG also includes lines for the smaller frame and separate yarn stand mount in gray, though I haven't checked those.
Hole sizes are roughly approximated; use a slightly larger drill bit and you'll be fine. I recommend drilling the 4 holes around the center hole for access to the cylinder screws; do this before drilling the center hole.
US drill bit sizes needed: 4" (dryer vent size) for main hole, 5/8" for frame bolts, 1/4" for cylinder screw holes.
