Original model by guido666 on Thingiverse. Then remixed by DarthDeverious for AAA size.

I modified it in few places, including feed lips so you can push those smaller AAA batteries out easier, witness holes to check how many left, fallower to stack them better and flatten it to use printed springs if needed. I included two variants of them. I tested both using standard white PETG, you need two of them. Zigzag variant is classic but get flat after some time. Square last longer but are hard to print properly(best results are when they are vertical but you need looooots of support for that.) It reduce capacity to like 9-10. I did that as I wait for proper metal square springs from Temu as I managed to find 1.5x3x20mm that will fit it perfectly.
I also simplified it a bit  by removing few recessed holes and grip lines on sides. as OrcaSlicer bothered me all the time about supporting them on original model.

As for printing I did 4 test prints before fixed all issues I found, all using Black SUNLU PLA Plus 2.0 for body parts, and Creality PETG for springs. Standard settings on Orca.
I used only one inside support for main body(for lips) and smaller supports for bottom cap(hard to remove but I resized that cap bit so they have more slack even if something stuck there, bottom plate will lock it in place anyway).

Now as for capacity... Well lets be honest here its not like we print it to be useful. Using zigzag spring I got 9 AAA batteries, Square 10. But with proper metal spring It should hold 18. I could make it taller but its fit the size of my other magazines for AA and 18650 batteries.

I included ZIP file with blender file for easier edit if needed, like making it taller.
