i sadly do not have a full image of the printed basket, as i have given it to my grandmother

If anyone requires, i can make changes to the model for them for free

This is a replica model of a basket that is part of an ultrasonic cleaner for glasses.

It needs to be printed with supports/support structure as its a direct replica

People with filament changers (AMS, MMU)

If you have a printer with a filament changer such as AMS or MMU3, the interface layer of the supports can be printed with a different material.

Thus if you print this basket in PLA -> set the interface layer to PETG

and vice versa, if you print this basket in PETG -> set the interface layer to PLA

People without filament changers

For the people that do not have a filament changer (myself included) i have provided a file called "support structure"

You need to print this support structure and the basket in different materials (same case as with the supports)

I have provided multiple variations:

  • Support structure - 12pcs 8x2 round magnets (open)

    • Open pockets for magnets to easily insert and take them out

  • Support structure - 12pcs 8x2 round magnets (closed pockets)

    • Closed pockets, you need to pause mid print to insert the magnets

  • Support structure - no magnets

    • Completely without pockets for magnets (solid)

If you have different sized magnets, you can use the "no magnets" version and negative volume modifiers in your slicer to make your own pockets

after a couple of tries it worked for me brilliantly

I have also provided  .step files and a .f3d file (Fusion360), where you can edit the custom parameters of the magnet size.

Happy printing!
