This is a Sploof, a filtration device you exhale into while vaping, when you want to vape discretely and considerately.

My config: Drip Tip; Drip Cap with trimmed cotton makeup pad; 2x 20mm dryer sheet stage; 40mm charcoal fabric stage, rolled; CPAP cap with two rolls of charcoal fabric for a final stage. You could employ more makeup pads, but that could make it hard to breathe through.
Wrap all external threads 2 full revs with PTFE thread tape; this works like an o-ring without the commitment. When holding the part in your left hand, wind clockwise with the tail of the roll coming out the bottom toward you.
I'm vaping Cannabinoids and this works to filter out the gunk and any odor. So if it can filter that, you're good to go. Terp wax can be a beast to clan, you don't want it in your GPU.
I connect my FelSploof to a CPAP hose and a 280cfm fume extractor. Can confirm, if not using a fume extractor, your dryer sheet stages will last about one week. They will absorb moisture, and if you don't check them, they will get wet enough to wring out. The dryer sheet is supposed to keep the charcoal fabric dry. Check your dryer sheets at least once a week and change them.
You will need Dryer Sheets of your choice, Charcoal Fabric (Amazon, ~$15: https://a.co/d/0bKJGV30), PTFE Thread Tape. Alternatively, you could use activated carbon pellets in the charcoal stages, sealing with a layer of charcoal fabric, but the dust could get messy.
Use one of the screens on either side of each section to retain your filter media. They are intended to be a snap fit and will be tight. To get the screens to print right, use Object specific settings for the Top/Bottom Screens (3ea) and set to 4 walls, 0 Top/Bott layers, Honeycomb Infill 20%. What looks like a solid coin will slice like a screen. Just make sure you don't do that for all of your models, only the screens. Standard print settings with 8x Walls/Top/Bottom Layers (I had sealing issues; standard settings may work for you, or the drip tip may leak from the curve), and supports should be fine for everything else. Tolerances are 0.2mm for FDM. This is the ... third or fourth iteration. I think this one's the keeper, it seals fine for me as-is.
Hope this helps someone. Happy vaping.
