Based on the beautiful Toolhead from LH-Stinger Cartesian 3D Printer, i've modified it the support the Orbiter Extruder for the original X-Carriage of the Anycubic i3 Mega-X. To mount this Toolhead to the Carriage, the Baseplate is needed. I've mounted this Hotend to my i3 Mega and with 27mm³/s (230°C PETG Sunlu) max flow i am running out the motion system.
Please note that the Anycubic X Endstop is not working anymore with this toolhead, because the toolhead sits higher on the X Aluminum extrusion and does not reach the micro switch. If you want to use the Anycubic Z-Endstops then you need to relocate them. Optionaly use the BLTouch as the Z Endstop and probe against the bed and get rid of the micro switches on Z as well (as i do it).
For setting up the Sensorless Homing see and follow the Klipper Instructions.
If you use the BLTouch fixture then the X Y offset for you printer.cfg:
x_offset: -31.0
y_offset: -45
I'm running a Mellow Fly D7 as mainboard with the above mentioned hotend. If you use my printer config, then make shure your pin mapping etc fits to you printer.
Many thanks to lhndo for the awsome work done with the LH-Stinger printer.
