The original model fit a premade insulin pen. I changed this to fit common research peptide pens such as the V1 and V2 and others. I get mine from thepeppen.com but there are many sources. Added a hole in the top to hold the spare cover to remove the needle safely and trash it without it being exposed.
It can hang in the fridge or on a wall with the tab. I use it just standing up on a door shelf.
