Shearforce Variable-Mode Nerf Rifling Attachment (PBCAR)

The Shearforce PBCAR is a variable-mode rifling attachment platform inspired by the principle behind the Rexfire Akasha “Super BCAR.” Featuring an initial, more aggressive PCAR segment to pre-rotate the dart, followed by a gentler BCAR segment, this muzzle device is the cutting edge of springer accuracy. With a low-profile collet, this BCAR fits snugly on as little as 20mm of 16mm or similar OD exposed metal barrel. Additionally, internal baffling or optional porting controls and disperses turbulent air from under-barreled blasters.

v0.7 is perhaps the biggest change since removing heasets. All versions are ported and skeletonized with a better looking port pattern. The collet is retuned with slightly tighter tolerances and an additional o-ring to better support longer/heavier PBCARs without significant wobble. Finally, new 3x3 and 3x5 versions were made after a few requested them.

So, 1261-332 is a 12-deg, 6-line PCAR stage followed by a 3-deg, 3x2 BCAR

RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS:
• Quality: No scarf seams or joints
• Strength: At least 3 wall loops, 20% Infill
• Others: Outer brim on BCAR body for better bed adhesion
