A protective case with a cable clamp for a XH-M604 Lithium battery charge controller. Note this a new design and I will not be able to print this for a few weeks but if some one wants to have ago please feed back if all dimensions are OK.
It is designed to print without supports, I will use PLA, or PETG with 15% infill except for the cable clamp which may be best at 100% infill. Fixing screws I use are 3mm diameter about 10mm long, countersunk. These are available at most hardware shops, you may need a washer under a 10mm screw when fixing the CCT board to prevent them coming out of the bottom of the enclosure.
When putting the screws in gently cut a thread by inserting the screw a little then backing off the screw repeatedly, until it has cut a thread.
Last note. The sliced versions come with a print stability warning due to the push buttons bed adhesion area. I cannot find how to add brim to the buttons without it being applied to all items so it may be best to print them separately. For my sliced files it may not be much of an issue as how many people are still using a MK3 Prusa? anyway I love mine.
