IRWIN Vise (6" Soft Jaw)

Designed around the IRWIN 6” Vise

This design features embedded Neodymium rare earth magnets
To allow quick interchange between the steel jaws and printed jaws, this design also features pass-through holes for a more permanent mounting solution as seen in the translucent render

Printed in PETG, this model could likely be
printed in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) 

for a softer bite when dealing with objects
that feature delicate surfaces.

Needs x9 (6x3mm) Magnets  per jaw for the magnetic effect.

In your slicer you will need to do a "pause print" / or "change filament" right before the top magnet layers closes up.
