Lord Rowan Evermere

Lord Rowan Evermere was never the loudest man in any room, yet somehow every room seemed to adjust itself around him.

Where others competed for attention, Rowan simply stood with quiet certainty, coat gently moving as if time itself slowed in his presence. His gaze was thoughtful, observant — the kind of man who listened before speaking, and when he did speak, his words carried weight.

The floral baroque growth along one side of his coat is not decoration. It is a symbol of what happens to those who stand long enough beside Lady Marigold: they begin to bloom.

He did not fall in love with her brilliance.

He grew into it.

Rowan is a man of steady devotion, dry humor, and unwavering loyalty. He never tries to outshine Marigold’s lively charm — instead, he offers her something rarer: a place to rest her light without dimming it.

In gatherings, she sparkles.
He watches with a soft smile.
And everyone understands — this is not a man who seeks the spotlight.

This is a man who chooses his person.

And once chosen, he does not waver.
