This personalized drink coaster combines a slim design with practical functionality. The coaster is very thin and features a non-slip TPU base that keeps it securely in place on the table.
A key feature is the interchangeable name plate. The name can easily be swapped, making the coaster perfect for families, guests, or office desks. Everyone can have their own personalized coaster.
Using a base plate with a distinctive structure turns the coaster into a visual highlight.
The names can be added in the slicer nicely.
The baseplate have to be glued on the upper part.

Materials:
For surface parts ASA or PETG is recommended for the scratch resistance.
For the TPU base, it is recommended to use TPU with the lowest Shore hardness possible to achieve a strong anti-slip effect.
In my case, I used TPU 82A, which printed well overall. However, it is quite soft, so when feeding it into the printer it had to be gently pushed down directly above the nozzle head to ensure proper loading.
