This is a simple but very effective sandpaper dispenser for your standard 93mm or 115mm wide sandpaper rolls. It holds rolls with an outer diameter of up to 70mm.
For an easy and clean tear-off, this model uses a standard 18mm snap-off blade for the 93mm sandpaper and a 25mm blade for the 115mm paper.
All the parts you need for one dispenser are shown in the picture. Make sure to choose the right parts depending on the width of your sandpaper. The labels fit both versions.
You can find a large number of labels for the most common grits in the downloads. If the grit you need is not in the list, just use the blank label and write the grit on yourself.
Print instructions:
All the STL files are already in the perfect orientation in order to be printed correctly. So there is no need to rotate or flip the parts.
The only parts that require some support are "Dispenser 93" and "Dispenser 115."
In order to achieve the multicolored labels without a toolchanger, you just need to swap the filament between the layers.
Assembly
Assembly requires no glue. All non-printed parts you need are one snap-off blade and two screws for wall mounting.
