this is a belt tensioner for a belt-driven bicycle like the Priority Start 16 (a kids' bike using a Gates Carbon Belt Drive system) maintains the proper tightness of the toothed carbon belt that connects the pedals (front sprocket) to the rear wheel (rear sprocket).
I printed in ASA for strength. don't think its completely necessary for what this part actually does.
