If your pants are a lil snug, this will connect the button to the buttonhole with a nice gap. no need to buy new pants... yet
Models range from 1 inch to 4 inches in length... if you need more than that... buy bigger pants.
The .1 Models are the same as the base but have a bigger hole for getting the button in easier.
The .2 Models are thinner than the .1 models so it is easier to print them on their side for more strength. (less supports and material too)
Use TPU to keep this thing flexible. Won't be terrably comfortable if it's stiff.
Tips for Printing TPU
Slow it Down: Print speed should be slow, like 60mm/s
Big Hole: Print Nozzle should be a little bigger to avoid clogs, try 0.6mm
Ditch the Friction: TPU needs low friction to print or it binds and streteches, giving an uneven diameter to your filament as it feeds. To resolve this, feed the filament directly into your print head, avoiding the bowden tube. Additionally, try using a low friction spool holder (like this) and/or an overhead spool holder (like this) if possible.
