The LTC1871 is a simple boost converter ex Ali Express that needs a case. I use mine to power a 19 volt laptop from a 12 volt supply. The case uses 2mm diameter screws to hold the lid on, and cable ties pushed around a "horse shoe shaped channel for strain relief on the input and output cables. In my prototype the cable ties would not push around the "horse shoe" so I made the channels bigger for this version.
Only one push button is required but you will notice there are two of them in the STL files. They are two different diameters, use the one that fits best.
I printed it in PLA 15% infill no supports.
