I made a small clip to fix the direction control on the vents for my 2nd gen 4runner. This part clips on to the rear of the vents to make them able to control direction. I 3d printed them at 0.2mm layer heights, 100% infill, and ABS plastic to withstand summer heat. Although PLA could work im sure.
I make the holes small on purpose so that I could drill them out with the correct size drill bit to get the perfect snug gfit.
