Universal horizontal Stop for left Handlebar Grip (7/8" 22.2mm)
This handlebar grip stop prevents the grip from slipping towards the center on the handlebar.
It simply fixes the grip in the desired position on the left handlebar end.
Printing recommendation:
PETG or other non brittle filament
0.4 Nozzle
0.2mm Structural
3 Perimeters
25% Gyroid infill
Support on build plate only, Organic (easy to remove)
Other parts needed:
1 M3x16mm grub screw or alternativ M3x16 socket head screw
1 M3x20mm socket head screw
1 M3 hex nut
1 Rubber O-ring 28 x 22 x 3mm (optional)
Mounting instructions:
Put the two halves of the stop ring together with the grub screw (insert screw from top like in the picture above)
Cut the O-ring open and insert it into the inner slot so that the opening faces the open side of the stop ring (The O-ring is optional, but significantly increases the fixation of the stop)
Insert the hex nut into the designated recess
Open the stop ring and put it onto the handle bar with the O-ring side to the grip, close the ring
Insert the M3 x 20 mm socket head screw and tighten it carefully until the stop ring can no longer be moved (Caution: Do not overtighten the screw, otherwise the joint may break)
