Interpretation of sword from one of my favorite games "Hyper light drifter". It's my first time making my own 3D print model, so if something could be better, write that in the comments.
Dimensions:
sword length - 100 cm
blade length - 77,5 cm
hand length - 16,5 cm (I have small hands)
Instruction
Material used: PLA
Infill pattern: 3d Honeycomb
sword key infill: 100%
hilt key infill: 30% - 40%
rest infill: 15% - 20%
Each file has its own preset, which you can change as needed.
Before step 4, check with the test model if the keys are the proper size. They should stay in place when you shake the model or move it around, but you should still be able to pull them out by hand. If they are too big, you might have problems fitting everything together.
