This light mount was designed to place a front bicycle light below the rack.
I've printed this at 0.2mm height, 3 walls, 15% infill and feels plenty sturdy.
Designed so that it prints on its front face with minimal supports.
it mounts with one 5mm bolt. The mounting cylinder is 23mm so any light designed to fit handlebars should fit on this. The cylinder is pushed outboard to allow clearance for the bolt and nut to be tightened.
Install the mount first, then the light.
Currently using this on a Sunlite Gold Tec Front Rack.
