Super Mario 3d world themed 3d-Nameplate

Make your own custom Nameplate, all letters are included. Combine them to spell your name as needed.
Prefixes such as "Super" and "Mega" are included, they are slightly smaller than the individual letters to get the Super Mario 3D World aesthetics.

Fully printable without MMU/AMS, every color prints as a individual part. The parts are then snapped together with 1.75mm filament scraps (or glued)

There are many possibilities, as a nameplate/sign on a door or glue a magnet to the back and use it as a fridge magnet. Maybee a keychain?

Printing:
Import all letters you wish to use into your slicer, then align all letter-bodies (*_B) them on the print bed with a small overlap of each character. Be careful to not put them to close, the cutout for the letters should be unobstructed.

Important: apply the combine feature (Mesh boolean) to combine the letter bodies into a single body.

Print the letters (*_L) on a separate plate for each color. Chose colors per you liking.

Assembly:

There are pre made holes that supposed to fit 1.75mm filament, cut small pieces (about 5-10mm) and push into the main body as shown in the pictures. The letter then presses in.

The tolerances for the filament slots is quite small to make them grip. Good printer calibration is required. If the filament wont fit it's also possible to just use glue.

Update 23/4-26:
Inner radius of X_B, Z_B and Y_B was wrong, so these have been updated.
As I have not printed every character myself, please tell me if there is something wrong with them and I'll fix it.
