This is the CAD model for the Prusa Tower shown in the video above!
It’s a compact vertical rack designed to hold up to three Prusa Core One printers using 4040 aluminium extrusion and locking drawer slides. Each printer sits on sliding rails so it can be pulled out like a drawer for easy filament changes and maintenance.
The STEP file is provided so you can modify the design to suit your own space, hardware, or printers.
A few notes:
Designed around 4040 T-slot extrusion (joining method is up to you)
Uses heavy-duty locking drawer slides
Printers are supported by 3D printed mounting clips that hook onto the Core One frame
The design is intentionally simple and easy to modify
I used 450mm drawer slides that are 'full extension'. There are partial extension versions that won't come far enough out for you to mount your printer. You can get the same ones I used here.
This upload only includes the STEP assembly so you can adapt it however you like.
If you build your own version or improve the design, I’d love to see it!
