Based on FgS36's clever snuffbox, I've added 45 degree chamfers to the drawer, the snuff chamber, the chute and the flue to allow printing without supports. Your printer must be able to handle 45 degree slopes and create small bridges. So that no snuff chamber volume is lost, the snuffbox has been lengthened fractionally.

Also, the lid has been upgraded - The outflow port of the lid has been chamfered and ramped to direct snuff into the front of the nostril where it belongs. It's also reshaped to fit the new snuff chamber shape.

The slider has been reshaped slightly to fit the new profile of the drawer.

The lower part of the drawer of the body might be a little tricky to print the first few layers now and will retain heat, so try printing with mouse ears, and if you have a curling issue that makes it tough to get to the first small bridges, and a little lower temperature. If it still gives you problems, print a few at a time so the layers have time to cool, and use a nice firm filament.

The pictured boxes were printed in PLA+.

Safety Information:

Just as a heads up - and I'm not a doctor or anything - but the alkalizing agents in tobacco snuff could potentially interact with PLA over the long term and release damaging, neurotoxic organotins (residual stannous octoate catalyst) which has seriously concerns in the long term.

For safety, opt to print in food-grade PETG with 0.1mm layer height for the smallest layer lines possible, and optionally seal the snuff-contacting surfaces with cosmetic/pharmaceutical grade beeswax for additional safety.
