KFP Lamp - Lightstick Adapter

A really easy to print and use adapter to turn the KFP chimkin lamp into a lightstick. This is not a permanent modification, you just swap the default light for this adapter and can go back to the original whenever you want.

Compatibility

I only have the official "Drawn To Dawn" lightsticks, and the "Lumica Daisenko Blade Charge", so can only make adapters for those. If someone verifies it works for a different brand I'll update here to mention it.

Instructions

I had no issues with printing the threads, but if you do have issues try reducing the layer height.

There are 2 versions for the different threading of the lightsticks. Choose the DtD for the official Drawn to Dawn lightsticks, or choose Daisenko.

Both versions have a part A and a Part B. They assemble together to give shape to the adapter for the chimkin lamp.

Gluing them together is necessary.

If you want the interface or lettering of the lightstick to face a certain way, then before you glue it you can thread part A all the way into the lightstick and insert it on the lamp without part B. Mark on the 3D print where the cutout of the hole is, and then align part b to that mark when you glue it.

Warning/Disclaimer

The lamp was obviously not made for this. You use it at your own risk. Violently shaking it will likely send the chicken flying away at best, at worst it will cause it to rip.

Try sanding the sharp edges that come in contact with the silicone to prevent increased damage.
