I printed the orginal and after some time it would fail but always in the same place. Then I noticed it was because the natural (and recommended) way to print this would always expose the layers lines to high stress.
So I created this insert from the original that you print first and then you glue into the pocket on the original. This reinforces the original at the failure point using 3D printed layers which are orientated in their strongest direction to the applied load. This composite approach gives the strongest structure possible.
It's simple and quick to print (5 minutes).
UPDATE: I should add that I don't think this next step is necessary and you risk getting superglue on your print bed. I found the overhang printed well enough not to be an issue.
The best workflow is to print this first. Allow the bed to cool and remove. Then print the main hook but add a pause at layer 193 (Z 38.60mm). Now glue in the insert to act as support for the next overhang layer. I used cyanoacrylate (superglue) with an activator to aid adhesion.
