This model is for a bolt and nut cover to make things safer and more visible. With its rounded edges, it should help to avoid injury if someone bumps into it. The model covers a 5/8" hex nut and bolt that is 1-1/2" long. Included is the OpenSCAD model if you need to change dimensions.
I printed it in bright orange PETG to withstand outdoor weather better, 0.3 mm layer height, 0.6 mm nozzle. No brim or supports are required.
