Makes you able to mount your VESA75 monitor (Anmite 14" portable screen in my case, which only has two VESA screw mounts) to a Small Multifunction Arm Mounting System Holder.
This fits a small 18x18 holder, for the monitor I would recommend M4x10 screws. Please make sure you're using the small arms, not designed/tested to fit the "regular" holders for the Arm System.
