I've modified the original V-Core 4.1 printhead to be aluminum SLM printed. This design is for the Rapido 2 UHF, as is standard from RatRig. Cooling ducts are unchanged.
This is currently only available for CoreXY and Hybrid models. IDEX is not yet supported but will be in the future.
Also included in the files is the modified bracket to retain the use of the EBB42 if you want to upgrade from the 4.0 printhead to the 4.1 and don't want to buy the Orbitool O2S board. Those parts are in the DXF folder and are designed to be laser cut from your local source. SendCutSend is who I use in the States. I've included a reference STL for the EBB42 plate to use for the countersinks. Also, there are reference images attached showing where to countersink and which holes to tap.
