I tried to do this face up, but it wasn't working out, the frame was thin and pulling off the supports no matter what, so I changed it to a face down style and separated off the ball and paddle, which is much better.
You will have to glue the frame halves together, i also now print a little 'splint' just a small thin rectangle that i glue over the joint from behind for more strength -][- but that is not totally necessary. and then glue on the ball and paddle.
