This is a set of Graflex Type C lens boards, carefully copied from the original wooden lens board that came on a 6 3/8" (162mm~163mm) f/4.7 Graphex lens and shutter in a 4x5" wartime Anniversary Speed Graphic.
The boards themselves are simply 4" x 4" squares, but have a smaller square in the back and one back edge chamfered to allow easy insertion into the camera's front standard. The ones with holes also have a small hole in the front that fit a screw on the back of the shutters that hold the orientation of the shutter in the board.
When remixing, it's easiest to work in U.S. Customary units. Remember, Graflex was an early/mid-20th century American company, so those are the units it used in most aspects of its designs.
I've included three versions:
one with a 1.75" hole designed as an exact replica of the original wooden lens board from the 6 3/8" (162mm~163mm) f/4.7 Graphex lens and shutter
one with a 1.25" hole designed to accommodate a 90mm f/6.8 Graphex lens and shutter that I bought without a lens board later
one with no hole intended to be remixed for other lenses
The 1.25" version is the only one I've actually printed and tested. I designed it to be a tight fit, so you may need to sand or otherwise post-process the holes for the shutter/lens or orientation screw.
The cover image is of an earlier version that oriented the shutter incorrectly; other images show the correctly oriented current version.
