These models are intended for use with Down Range, a tabletop wargame focused on fast-paced, tactical-level combat and teaching players about the use of emerging technology in modern warfare.
These models present options for generic noncombatants. Five model types are provided:
A generic person with no distinguishing characteristics
An injured person
A child
A medic with a one-part model intended to be used on multi-material printers
A medic with a two-part model so that symbols can be printed separately in different colors and snapped together, as shown below.
While developed initially to print on a Prusa Core One+ printer, this model has been tested on Prusa Mk4, Mk4S, Core One, and XL printers using PLA filament without issue, and should work with most other manufacturers' printers. You may need to experiment with settings if you're printing in another material.
For the best balance between quality and print time, I recommend using an 0.2 mm layer height with organic supports, and leaving the other settings as the default for your printer.
