Little guide on how to make this from scratch or any sleeve for that matter.
Added M3.5-M3.7 internal diameter to account for play or artifacts that makes them too tight.
Added 4.75 and 4.8mm outer diameter.
Height of 4mm.
Play with the X and Y (not Z) as shown in the video, to adjust them to your needs if they still don't fit.
Recommended to use the smallest nozzle you can get. But 0.4mm can work.
