Otto's Hat Haberdashery

A set of hats and caps for all occasions – causal to regal. All examples can standalone, some have variations, and some can be printed separately and combined for your own custom style. Different types and colors of filament - or different scaling - can make all the difference between a serious accessory or just comic relief.

Designed and sized to sit atop Otto, these can also be a suitable tributes or trophy gifts for a chosen avocation.

CREATE and display your Otto personality with color or translucent filaments remixed to use multi-colors or custom paint jobs to make your accessory unique.

Print instructions

PLA or similar materials no need supports Temperature: PLA ~ 215 °C | PETG ~ 240 °C Layer height: 0.2mm or less Perimeters: 3 minimum Infill density: 15% or more

No supports , rafts, or brims needed. Cap Button fit may be improved by the use of supports . These parts are so small, the time and filament required to add supports and the easy of its removal from these simple shapes are probably worth including supports in your print settings for the single part. Since printer tolerance varies, print the cap(s) first and if the button does not fit you can scale and print a new button to a slightly smaller size (99%, 98%,etc).

Multiple part caps are designed for snap together assembly. Hats and Caps can then be screwed onto a standard Otto Top such as top_lightshats. They can also be remixed to allow magnetic attachment.
