About this Model
This is a simple yet detailed Birthday Cake model, perfect for dioramas, play kitchens, or as a festive desk decoration. The design captures the classic tiered look with chocolate-style frosting details.
Print Settings
To get the best results, I recommend the following settings:
Layer Height: 0.15mm or 0.2mm (lower is better for the curved frosting details).
Infill: 10-15% (Grid or Gyroid).
Supports: Minimal supports may be needed under the cake overhangs depending on your printer's bridging capabilities.
Material: PLA works great. I used "Chocolate Brown" for the base, but it looks fantastic in "Vanilla White" or "Strawberry Pink" too!
Assembly & Post-Processing
Scaling: This model can be scaled up or down easily.
Painting: If you print in a single color, the details are deep enough to make hand-painting the "sprinkles" or "candles" very easy with acrylic markers.
