I created an adapter for a toilet roll holder to help keep the roll from slipping. The part includes a threaded M4 hole for attaching it to the holder.
I had a tight space for the holder, so needed to mount it upside-down and the original end piece would not prevent the roll from falling off.
Printed in signal white PETG, 10% infill.
