Flexible TPU Loop Strap – Parametric Cable Holder (Vase Mode Ready)

Simple parametric loop strap for cables, gear, and general utility use.

I designed this because I wanted a simple and reliable way to attach my Bose earbuds case to my backpack without bulky clips or metal parts.

This model is designed to print quickly and can be customized easily. The included Fusion 360 .f3d file allows you to adjust dimensions such as loop height, width, offset, thickness, and fillets.

Included files:

Best material:

• TPU / eTPU for flexibility

• PETG for a stiffer version

Tested material:

• eSun eTPU Black (used for all test prints)

This model can be printed in normal mode or vase mode. I used vase mode successfully for my own prints.

Tested TPU settings on K1 Max:

• 0.6 mm nozzle

• 0.3 mm layer height

• 0.8 mm line width

• 1.1 flow ratio

• pressure advance disabled

These settings helped eliminate gaps and improved wall consistency in TPU vase mode.

Variants included:

• 2.3 mm offset

• 2.5 mm offset
