I broke the feet of my subwoofer and decided to model a much sturdier version. This would be ideal for your if you are willing to drill a new hole for it, or you're designing a new speaker.
It uses a captive M6x40mm Hex bolt. You'll want to add a pause to your print right as the printer is about to cover the hole and then insert the bolt. The printable support should snap off easily.
I've added a screenshot of the correct place to put the pause in orca slicer. You want to scroll to the layer where the printer will start covering the bolt, then right click on the slider and add a pause. In orca this will place the pause at the START of the layer, other slicers may vary so do your research.
