Printing:
The whole parts are printed in white PLA but other material may be suitable too.
I use the fuzzy skin option in cura to get a more diffusing surface on the shader.
Some parts still need a bit of sanding before coming together and some points of glue are required to secure everything.
Electronics:
I use a scrapped 3.7V lithium cell soldered to a 5V 1A boost BMS with a usb-c port as input.
The dimensions of the electronic board are 21.7 mm x 17 4 mm
The electronic board and the battery and the switch are glued to the bottom to prevent any accidental displacement.
A 3W led panel with a switch is conected to the bms as a power supply. (I cut the usb plug to solder the led pannel directly on the BMS, and removed the plastic shell around the switch to fit in the lamp.)
The LED pannel should not be in contact with any surface of the lamp to avoid damage due to heat dissipation. The rigidity of the LED cable is used to keep the LED pannel in the air.

This model was design on FreeCAD. The original file is provided, so feel free to share it, and add any improvement if needed.
