Fidget Spinners

These are 2 different models of fidget spinners, one that prints in place and another one that needs a little assembly! 

Recommended settings for both fidget spinners:
-4 walls
-outer walls first
-initial layer expansion: -0.1mm
-cooling fan high after first layer
-PLA is recommended
-0.12-0.16 layer height is HIGHLY ADVISED

Recommended settings for Fidget Spinner #1 (print in place):
-Gyroid infill: -40-60% on ring gear (higher=more speed)
                        -15-20% on planet and sun gear
-Part cooling fan set to high after second layer

Recommended settings for Fidget Spinner #2 (assembly):
-Gyroid infill: -30-50% for all
-brim for hex axle

! When slicing, you can arrange the second fidget spinner's parts in order for them to lay flat on the bed, but DO NOT move the first fidget spinner's parts separately from one another as that will break the print-in-place mechanism. You can split every part and make individual settings for each one though.

!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PRINTER IS WELL CALIBRATED !!!
-these parts have small tolerances (0.15-0.25) in order to function properly. The printer needs to be well calibrated, any over extrusion, especially on the print in place model, will result in parts not working together.

The second fidget spinner may need a bit of force in order to be assembled, this is because the parts need to fit very tightly for the best experience. the axles with bumps may need some post-processing if your printer is not calibrated well, but they should be pretty hard to get in anyway. 

Assembly guide:

This is pretty straightforward, you take the hex axle and put it through the first gear, then assemble opposite gears to the support and mount the axle with gear. YOU SHOULD ASSEMBLE IN LAYERS, not everything at once. The reason I made the double helical gear separated is because you cannot clock double helical gears from above, and you would have needed to flex the axles in order to mount them, which is risky because it can snap easily.

Both fidget spinners may have a "break-in" period: this is the part where the fidget spinner may be a bit sluggish and may not spin smoothly. This is normal and it just takes a few minutes for the plastic to rub against eachother and form a perfect fit.
