This dispenser is designed to put out 20ml of laundry detergent powder per pull. I use 40, 60 or 80ml of detergend, depending on the state of the clothes. This is now very simple and fast. The lower drawer has a capacity of ablout 100ml, but I don't recommend more than 4 pulls.
It uses a standard glass bottle with 50mm lid (I use “Mutti - tomato” sauce and milk bottles").
There are two versions with different base parts. One is optimized to be put into a cabinet, the other to be taped on the washing machine.
I printed in PLA, works fine. Not tested for liquid detergent.
Assembly:
Remove all support structures.
Glue on the “bottle connector” to the “base”. Be carefull that no glue squeze out, as this might block the position for the drawer.
When glue is dry, slide in the “dose drawer”. If it does not move freely: Clean up the area where the support structure for the “base” was located. Try again.
use heat inserts and M2 screw to attach the “stopper” for maintainablity. Or glue the stopper in for fast assebly.
I recommend to use double sided to permanently mount the "Feet" to your machine or cabinet.
Fill in detergend into a glass bottle with 50mm lid diameter (recommend to use a funnel, there are great models to print on MakerWorld).
screw on the connector (just 1/4th of a turn).
slide in the connector onto the base from the side. Do not glue this on, othewise refill will be a mess ;-)
put the lower drawer in place
