if you're using bambulab printers it is highly recommended to use the supertack build plate-(or something similar if you're not)
the magnets should just press in and should also stay in the buttons most of the time when removing them from the controller but glue is recommended (ofc making sure to let it dry before putting the buttons in the controller)
you need 4 4x2(mm) round magnets that can be bought at bambulabs Maker's Supply
