The bedroom door kept closing on its own, I made something to prevent that from happening. I used some m4 screws after drilling holes in a spot i felt was appropriate to hold the door without the print bending a lot and to make the pushing of the holder away from the door easier.
The holder extends 7-ish inches\ 178mm from the wall to keep it out of the way. The door can be pushed open and the holder slides over the top of the door with out any damage that i can tell. I printed this laying on its side, this may make the screw holes a little tighter, but not a problem in my opinion.
I first printed this in PCTG from 3D-Fuel, but it got too cold and warped pretty bad, so I switched over to their PLA tough and that came out flawlessly.
