Dies ist eine Sortierkiste mit Schnappverschluss und verschiedenen Einsätzen. Somit kann die benötigte Fachgröße einfach zusammengestellt werden.
Die Einsätze haben eine innere Höhe von 25 mm sowie eine Breite und Länge in einem Rastermaß von 30 mm. Der Einsatz 1 x 1 ist somit innen 30 x 30 mm groß, der Einsatz 2 x 3 entsprechend 60 x 90 mm (zuzüglich eines kleinen Offsets durch die fehlenden Wandstärken).
Sowohl die Kiste als auch die Einsätze haben Einschübe, um etwas dickeres Papier zum Beschriften aufzunehmen. Die Größen des Papiers für die Kiste ist 37x19 mm, für die Einsätze 27x13 mm. Wer möchte, kann in den Deckel vier Stück Stapel.STL einkleben, um die Kisten sauber stapeln zu können. Wichtig: Stapel.STL ist 2,7 mm breit und 2,2 mm hoch. Bei Kleben muss also auf die korrekte Ausrichtung geachtet werden.
Als Achse für die Scharniere werden zwei Zylinderkopfschrauben M3 x 40 und zwei Muttern M3 benötigt. „Deckel.STL” und „Unterteil.STL” müssen mit Support gedruckt werden (siehe Screenshots). Um ausreichende Festigkeit zu gewährleisten, empfehle ich PETG, 15 % Infill und mindestens zwei Perimeter.
