Proper filament care goes beyond just keeping moisture out. Overdrying your filament can strip it of the residual plasticization it needs, leading to brittle prints, poor layer adhesion, and degraded surface quality - especially in hygroscopic materials like Nylon and TPU.
We're excited to introduce the Prusa Pro ACU (Active Conditioning Unit) - a desktop filament conditioning enclosure that actively manages internal humidity to match the precise target range for your material. Built on the same platform as the Prusa USS DryBox (upgrade-compatible), the ACU features three precision operating modes: Ambient, Saturated, and Fully Submerged, each designed for different material requirements and conditioning goals.

Honestly speaking, we had a ton of fun designing the Prusa Pro ACU and it took us almost one entire afternoon. We felt it would be a shame not to share the files with our incredibly talented community. Feel free to do anything you want with them - perhaps they will find a good use! :)
