This adapter allows a firm connection from a flexible pipe (25.8mm diameter approx.) into a 40mm PVC pipe standard in water plumbing. This was made to prevent the smells from escaping the waste water pipe in my kitchen. In my case it is carrying waste water from a dishwasher but this can apply to many other equipments.
The model uses 5 lips to lock into the grooves of the flexible pipe. Check yours, they have to be spaced by 3mm each. There is 3 sizes of lips, lips too big can prevent the flexible pipe from sliding in the model. It is important that you cut each model in your slicer to test with your own pipe.
This model is open source, the geometry, the measurements and the CAD file are given for you to reproduce and modify to fit your application. No commercial application is allowed.
