Originally I Used Resin Printer with a crystal resin to make the head and feathers, then used FDM printer to print the body, and glued together and wrapped twine around the arrow head junction.
This year I just combined all together into a single print. Both plans work decent and look great. We give these to AOL den leaders as a mini token of our appreciation and to remember the bridge-over ceremony.
The only AI part was the arrowhead, AI provided a really nice one. Everything else was hand designed in CAD.
