Design Concept
The 86-type switch and socket splash-proof protective cover provides effective water protection through a simple yet functional design. The curved shape of the outer cover facilitates rapid water flow and evaporation, effectively preventing water ingress and extending the service life of the socket. A drainage channel is incorporated into the inner box to guide away any water droplets that may seep in from the top.
Purpose
This protective cover is designed to be installed on 86-type switches and sockets in outdoor or humid environments, providing waterproof protection during rain or in damp conditions.
Printing Suggestions
Use materials with good heat resistance and water resistance, such as ABS or PLA. To ensure waterproof performance, it is recommended to use a higher infill density and a smaller layer height.
Assembly Instructions
Before installing the socket, ensure that the cover fits the standard 86-type size and is securely fixed to the wall. Mount the switch or socket panel onto the base, then complete the installation. Pay attention to the notch at the hinge of the cover, which allows for easy attachment of the cover.
