This is a Voron Switchwire XZ joint mod that replaces the original screw-as-pin setup with proper locating pins. In the stock design, the bearing inner races ride on threaded screws, which can introduce unwanted looseness and gives the bearings a less ideal running surface. This mod swaps that for proper pins to give the bearings a smoother interface, improve alignment, and reduce play in the joint.
