With the new popularity of these being used to run agent harnesses like OpenClaw, thought this would be fun to build.
The original design workflow is located on OnShape if you wanted to copy it there and modify it yourself.
I have two versions in OnShape, one for this 8 inch touchscreen (current photos) and one version for a 7 inch touchscreen.
The 7 inch screen was a bit too small for my liking so I redesigned the front panel and cut out a few spots to make it work as well as changed how the screen is mounted.
Now, besides glue/tape, the upper front panel just sits on the screen. I wanted to secure it more so used super glue and electrical tape to secure it to the rear walls.
The fan is a 40mm fan I had lying around from another Jetson case I bought online. Power button hole is 18.8mm diameter and also used that button from another Jetson case.
The build uses M3 bolts and nut pockets for most things. M4 is used for the fan bolts, and basic small screws are used to secure the Jetson to be bottom plate. I tried to use bolts in most places so it is generally easier to take apart, but you can just use glue if you wanted.
Made a little stand also with some M4 70mm rods that can be inserted for strength. Then made a small plate for my Massdrop 65% keyboard.
Feel free to modify for your components. I just used what was convenient for me.

I am thinking about adding a USB hub and USB speaker mount next. Might get updated occasionally if people are interested.
