This duster handle is a practical and functional 3D model designed for older fabric-style duster.
This model features a simple and functional design, making it ideal as a repair and replacement solution. It is easy to print and assemble, fully customizable and scalable, and offers two build options (single-piece or split).
Dimensions:
Plate: approx. 18 × 5.6 × 2.2 cm
Handle: approx. 12 cm length, 1.5 cm diameter
The model can be easily scaled in your slicer to fit your needs
Files included:
One full one-piece model
Two-part version (plate + handle) for easier printing
Assembly:
The split version can be assembled using two screws
Recommended screw diameter: ~2.8 mm
Screw hole diameter: ~2.5 mm
For easier insertion, slightly heat the screws before use.
Hot glue can be added for extra stability if needed.
Print Settings:
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: For the build plate, use 50–80% infill for increased stability. The handle can be printed with 10–20% infill
Material: PLA or others suitable
Supports: May be required depending on printer and settings
