Usually you find clutch alignment tools for N54 when the pilot bearing is inserted to the flywheel, but my E89 Z4 has the pilot bearing embedded to the gearbox input shaft, that means the flywheel has a center peg/pin to support the gearbox input shaft.
I designed the tool with two threaded M5 holes to remove the tool after the pressure plate bolts are torqued down, since is plastic, it is safer to have a backup in case the first one strips out. The M5 threads are modeled, that means you won't need to tap ii, but is is a good idea to check if your M5x50mm (or any long size M5 bolt) threads easily without forcing it, otherwise is a good idea to use the M5x0.8mm tap to clean the threads.
I've print mine using 0.4mm nozzle, 3 walls, 4 top and bottoms, 40% cubic infill with regular 0.2mm layer height, but the last 15mm I reduced it to 0.1mm to have better threads.
